A packed Ivy Ballroom for the 2014 ARN Women in ICT Awards

The finalists for the fourth annual Women in ICT Awards (WIICTA) have been selected in seven hotly-contested categories: Achievement, Rising Star, Shining Star, Entrepreneur, Innovation, Technical, and Community.

This year, there was a 143 per cent increase in applicants from last year’s awards (199 nominations compared to 82 in 2014), which is a real testament to the value of a program such as this one.

The awards recognise the very best in the channel, celebrating the achievements of a talented crop of female front runners who have made it through to become influential figures in Australia’s ICT industry. The awards also recognise the ‘rising stars’ in the industry, women who are quickly growing in importance in the ICT industry.

WIICTA will be presented at a lavish luncheon in Sydney at the Ivy Ballroom on Thursday, November 19.
