Dropbox and Vodafone have partnered to give the telco’s customers access to Dropbox for Business.
Small businesses which sign-up to Dropbox Business via Vodafone Ready Business apps will receive a free 60 day subscription to Dropbox Business.
Vodafone general manager of business, Andrew Chanmugam, said the combination of the availability of faster network speeds and high smartphone penetration rates was leading the way for Cloud computing applications to become an important information solution for businesses.
"The availability of faster mobile network speeds, the ubiquitous nature of smartphones and the proliferation of cloud-based applications are providing more tools for businesses to operate effectively outside the office. Dropbox Business is a case in point,” he added.
The partnership with Vodafone is the latest addition to the Dropbox Partner Network, which also includes Microsoft, Xero, Adobe, IBM, Slack, DocuSign, and Dell – all of which are aimed at powering the next phase of collaboration and helping people work the way they want.
