DXC Technology has acquired Sydney systems integrator Bluleader in a bid to add to its SAP practice.
Founded in 2007, Bluleader is a Microsoft and SAP partner that specialises in CRM, marketing automation (MA) and field service management (FSM).
It now has a headcount of 80 customer experience employees and claims to have 40 customers across Australia and New Zealand including Transport for New South Wales, Metcash and Woolworths.
Bluleader, which recently won the SAP 2019 CX Partner of the Year A/NZ, will now be integrated into DXC’s SAP practice Oxygen.
It will for now retain its brand name Bluleader, with the additional title of 'a DXC Technology Company'. All CX staff, including Robin Apfel, Bluleader managing director and director Marco Formaggio, will move to DXC.

“This combination will enable us to leverage DXC’s market presence, intellectual property and expertise to expand the size and scale of Bluleader as part of DXC Oxygen’s integrated practice.”
According to DXC, the acquisition will ramp up its SAP CX portfolio with “ integrated solutions” across the ERP vendor’s entire portfolio.
