Consulting firm Barhead Solutions has joined Microsoft’s “Inner Circle” group for business applications, while publicly-listed Empired was again part of Microsoft's top performing partners globally.
The businesses were awarded places in the Inner Circle group, which consists of 70 technology businesses worldwide, at Microsoft Inspire in Las Vegas. Sales achievements are the entry ticket to the group and Barhead Solutions and Empired ranked in the top one per cent of the Microsoft’s Business Applications global network of partners.
Ken Struthers, general manager and co-founder at Barhead Solutions, said the overall success of the business was due to the performance of the whole Barhead Solutions team.
“We have grown significantly in only a few years through the passion and capability of the team,” Struthers said.
“We are so proud of the work the Barhead team has put in to be recognised as an elite business applications partner for Microsoft.”
Barhead Solution’s partnership with Microsoft began in 2013 and leverages all of the Microsoft stack and Dynamics 365 offerings.

Cecilia Flombaum, Microsoft Business Applications lead, said Barhead Solution’s inclusion into the Inner Circle was due to their business performance, their capabilities and their innovation of the Microsoft Cloud.
“Our Inner Circle members are chosen based on their business performance as well as capabilities as an organisation, whether that’s creating IP, developing solutions, or having an industry leading focus on digital transformation,” Flombaum said.
Prior to the partnership with Microsoft Business Applications, Barhead Solutions established Salesforce consultancies OKERE and Cloud Sherpas.

Partners part of the Inner Circle are given early access to Microsoft changes in business applications, new programs and incentives and access to the Inner Circle Summit.
