ServiceNow has inked a strategic agreement with Deloitte for the development and launch of new digital workflow products based on the vendor’s Now Platform.

The partnership will focus on delivering a number of cloud‑based solutions for organisations using technology from both ServiceNow and Deloitte with the aim of bringing digital transformation to enterprises.

Announced during ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2019 conference in Las Vegas, the deal will give companies “greater” access to Deloitte’s intellectual property and accelerators.

As part of the agreement, Deloitte will serve as the lead launch partner for ServiceNow’s finance operations management product, Finance Close Automation.

Aimed at helping finance and accounting teams digitise their workflows, the app has already been used by PayPal

ServiceNow confirmed the agreement’s offerings will be available in Australia and New Zealand.

"Embracing cloud‑based solutions to deliver great experiences and unlock productivity is a business imperative for every organisation today,” ServiceNow president and CEO John Donahoe said.

“Together, Deloitte and ServiceNow will help organisations accelerate their digital transformation journey and create business value at scale with innovative enterprise products, assets and solutions.”

Deloitte is already a global Gold partner of ServiceNow, offering services such as HR service delivery, performance analytics and customer service management, among others.

The two previously launched DeloitteAssist, a voice AI-enabled nurse call system. Of the latest deal, Deloitte Consulting LLP chair and CEO Janet Foutty said it took the existing “relationship with ServiceNow to a whole new level".

"This collaboration will pair Deloitte’s business process transformation, organisational change management and technology implementation expertise with ServiceNow’s platform to create new enterprise solutions that help drive every part of our clients’ digital transformation efforts,” she added.
