Intelligent workspace software company LiveTiles has inked a strategic partnership with ISV Search365, combining technologies to create a sophisticated information discovery tool, featuring real-time file search and response.

The AI-based Search365 Knowledge Miner will enable LiveTiles’ Bots to deliver real-time, personalised and actionable responses to user’s request with the ability to directly pull information from documents, policies, procedures and other relevant sources.

The collaborative relationship stemmed from the AI Spark program that aims to connect Microsoft partners to LiveTiles to develop intelligent workplace experiences.

According to LiveTiles, the addressable market for this specific technology combination is ‘extremely large’ and spans any industry that has a core focus on compliance and risk management. There are currently pilots underway with Australian financial services and government clients.

“With the investments we’ve made in our resources and partnerships, we feel we’re in a great position to bring a very compelling suite of products to the market and expand our work in this area,” LiveTiles co-founder and CEO Karl Redenbach said.

Search365 CEO, Gavin Keeley, further added it saw great potential in the partnership to drive further digital and intelligent transformation globally.

“The LiveTiles product suite is already helping us to deliver truly transformative digital projects with financial services clients,” Keeley said.

In February, LiveTiles said it expected to end the 2019 financial year with strong revenue growth, targeting $100 million annual recurring revenue by 30 June 2021.

The software company also made its first in-road into Europe by buying the Danish digital workplace software business Wizdom for $48 million.
