Tech Data has entered into an exclusive partnership with Informatica, with its Technology Solutions business now distributing the vendor’s cloud data offerings across Australia and New Zealand (A/NZ).
Terms of the deal will see the distributor deliver Informatica’s full suite of data management products, spanning cloud, big data, the Internet of Things (IoT) and master data management, alongside data offerings across governance, integration and security solutions.

“We are excited to now have Informatica’s leading data integration software and services as part of our solutions portfolio allowing us to further enable partners to drive innovation and new growth opportunities.”
As part of the deal, Technology Solutions and Informatica are also forming an advisory council to assist partners in capitalising on the increased potential of data in the local market.

Based in California, USA, the Informatica channel is made up of system integrators, technology partners and resellers, with over 7,000 customers worldwide.
From an alliance perspective, the vendor also partners with Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Salesforce, alongside Marketo, Tableau and QlikView.
