Dicker Data has inked a distribution agreement with BitTitan to provide the Cloud platform provider’s offerings to partners in A/NZ.
The announcement follows the recent deal that Dicker Data signed with Nuance Communications.
BitTitan’s Cloud enablement platform, MSPComplete, is designed for managed service providers (MSPs) to manage and monitor Office 365 deployments as they are rolled out.
Dicker Data chairman and chief executive, David Dicker, said off the back of the success the company had experienced with Office 365, alliances with companies like BitTitan were crucial to ensure that its partners are enabled to complete the work required to deploy the Office 365 solutions it was offering.
BitTitan APAC MEA territory manager, Dustin Ramos, described the company’s solution as easy solution to help partners move customers from on premise to Cloud.
“This is just one of the ways BitTitan is enabling partners across the globe to tap into the massive potential of the rapidly growing public Cloud market,” he added.
“We’re providing all of the education, tools and services partners need to seamlessly sell, onboard and servicing Office 365 throughout a customer’s entire Cloud lifecycle.”
A Dicker Data spokesperson told ARN the two companies were introduced to one another by Microsoft, talks developed from there and ended up with the signing of the agreement.
“We were very impressed by the long list of household-name companies BitTitan are already working with across the globe. They’ve established an impressive track record and this should give partners confidence in using their products. The product takes the stress out of having to move mailboxes and accounts to the Cloud individually and does it all via a streamlined interface.
“The BitTitan product range enables partners to move from on premise solutions to the Cloud without the need for in-depth technical training. Their products effectively automate the entire process and give partners of all sizes the tools and confidence to deliver full Office 365 solutions,” the spokesperson added.
