Inabox signs on new customers, valued at about $4.25m
Australian ICT provider, Inabox Group, has announced that it’s signed on 12 new customers with a total contract value of more than $4.25 million in revenue over the next three years.
The announcement comes off the back of its Anittel (ASX:AYG) buyout, which also saw the company launch an end-to-end suite of telecommunications services into its IT offering as part of the Inabox Group acquistion action plan.
The company said that amongst the new service providers are household brand Jim’s Mobile of Jim’s Mowing (Jim’s Group), resellers Bendigo Telco, E.Tel and TryDoug, as well as managed service providers NQBE, Easy Communications and MaxiNet.
As per the terms of agreement, the contract signees will be involved in the migration of more than 3000 end user customers to Inabox Group’s fully integrated telecommunications platform.
Inabox Group managing director and CEO, Damian Kay, said as a result of these agreements, these customers will have access to an all-in-one billing, provisioning and CRM system, account management support and a comprehensive range of competitive telephony and Cloud products.
“The feedback from customers has been a general dissatisfaction with their previous suppliers’ service levels. This rings true as we see more competitors in the market fall away and more customers seeking an easy set up and one-stop-shop solution,” Kay claimed.
Inabox has pegged its focus on a more profitable business for FY16, following a recent drop in its figures across the financial table. The company has announced an upped sales capacity and also plans to add more sales and business development functions following the restructure last month.
