Melbourne-based VoIP provider completes interoperability testing

Australian VoIP provider, mVoice, has partnered Microsoft Windows PBX software vendor, 3CX.

3CX, the developer of Windows VoIP PBX 3CX Phone System, has successfully completed interoperability testing with mVoice. This allows 3CX customers to use mVoice as a VoIP provider.

The partnership will provide 3CX customers with seamless access to mVoice’s business VoIP systems in Australia.

Successful interoperability testing with mVoice's systems guarantees full operation of VoIP on all 3CX Phone System’s features, giving 3CX customers access to highly reliable and more cost – effective VoIP calls.

With technical support provided by both 3CX and mVoice as well as regular testing of the configuration templates, customers can be assured of consistent call quality.

IT administrators can complete the configuration process from within the 3CX interface in under a minute.

3CX Phone System customers can simply select mVoice’s SIP trunking service from within the VoIP Providers’ node of the 3CX Management Console, which will configure connection settings for seamless delivery of inbound and outbound calls.

3CX vice-president of sales, Stephen Corrigan, said the success of the interoperability testing with mVoice was great news for 3CX customers.

"We are confident that mVoice will provide a high quality service, enabling our customers to benefit from all the features offered by 3CX phone system.”

mVoice chief executive, Craig Lawrence, he was excited to take the next step with complete integration into the 3CX release builds.

"mVoice uses robust technology, to deliver business grade services such as SIP Trunking and Hosted PBX services to Australian businesses," he said.

"This new partnership is a logical step towards support a range of business communication scenarios both in the form of our technology and onsite and telephone based technical support services.”
