Value added software distributor, Cloud Ready Solutions (CRS), has added Arcserve to its vendor portfolio.
The Arcserve portfolio includes its unified data protection, replication and high availability and backup products.
Arcserve is also distributed through Dicker Data in Australia and Westcon Group in New Zealand.
“We have successfully implemented the Arcserve solutions for many users in A/NZ,” CRS technical director, Nicholas Gee, said. “Now with the distribution agreement, we’ll be able to offer backup and disaster recovery solutions to more users by working with resellers and cloud providers.”
CRS also plans to implement regular training programs for its partners and resellers, as well as roll out joint marketing campaigns to drive awareness and knowledge of the overall Arcserve product portfolio.
Arcserve APAC vice president of sales, James Forbes-May, said CRS had expertise in encompassing full data protection strategy, and supporting partners in meeting the high demands and expectations of A/NZ customers.
“Data protection is fragmented – appliances, disk/tape backup, physical, virtual, hybrid strategies, high availability, migrations to name a few. CRS can guide partners on how to meet customers needs through the Arcserve portfolio,” he said.
