HPE subsidiary Aruba has acknowledged the efforts of its channel partners in Australia and New Zealand at the Atmosphere 2019 APAC Conference.
The awards were given to partners who delivered high financial performance and business results with Aruba solutions in the APAC region.
In Australia, the top reseller award went to Sydney-headquartered Matrix CNI and Dicker Data took the top distributor award for the fourth year in a row.
Tony Tran, business manager for networks at Dicker Data, said the award win was the result of the hard work from the Dicker Data team.
“This accolade is a reflection of the continued passion, dedication and hard work of our team over the last nine years,” Tran said. “As Aruba continues to innovate, we look forward to working closely with them, leveraging their portfolio of products to help partners transform businesses for the future.”
In New Zealand, Inde Technology was named the top reseller and Dicker Data NZ won top distributor.
Lisa Tierney, general manager for enterprise at Dicker Data NZ said that their partnership with Aruba helps the distributor reach their business goals.
“Dicker Data’s mission is to inspire, educate and enable New Zealand ICT reseller partners to achieve their full potential through the delivery of unparalleled technology, value-added services and logistics,” Tierney said. “Aruba helps us to deliver on this mission and we are thrilled to be awarded this accolade.”
Deke Rayner-Harvey, channel manager of Aruba South Pacific, added that as a business with a primary focus on the channel, the awards were Aruba's way of acknowledging the businesses that have, in part, helped support its own business.
“As a predominantly channel-first organisation, we are honoured to celebrate the success of our partners and resellers, who are truly the backbone of our business,” Rayner-Harvey said.
