Indian headquartered SunTec Business Solutions has increased its focus on the Australian and New Zealand market through opening a new office in Melbourne.
SunTec CEO Nanda Kumar said Australia and New Zealand were part of strategic and significant growth plans for the company, which primarily focuses on providing effective revenue management and real-time customer experience orchestration. It particularly focuses on clients within the banking, financial services, insurance, telecom and travel industries.
“Setting up operations in Australia is a logical next step as it allows us to be close to our customers, strengthen our support and demonstrate our commitment to the region,” Kumar said.
Previously the company handled its A/NZ operations via its Singapore office, but this will now shift as it opens the new Melbourne location.
The company maintains more than 130 clients spanning 45 countries with offices in USA, UK, Germany, UAE and Singapore. Some of its partners include Capgemini, eServ Global, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Consultancy Services and IBM.
The new office expansion coincides with its launch of Xelerate(R) Digital Core, which takes a low risk approach for banks to accelerate their digital transformation journey, without having to replace their functionally stable legacy core systems.
Furthermore, it simplifies the process by providing an intelligent and flexible middle layer that helps banks embrace a progressive digital transformation strategy.
