Specialist distributor, DNA Connect, has signed an exclusive deal with FinalCode and SBOX, bringing the two companies into the Australian and New Zealand market.
DNA’s signing of file security company, FinalCode, comes off the back of the opening of its regional office in Singapore earlier this year, as it looks to spread across the wider Asia Pacific region.
“I am really impressed with the DNA channel development model, and it fits well with the FinalCode regional go–to-market strategy,” FinalCode Asia-Pacific chief executive, Frank Courtney-Jay, said.
“We are looking forward to working with the team at DNA as we build on our channel program and Australian customer base together.”
DNA Connect director, Munsoor Khan, said the vendor required "strong technical enablement services", creating a partnership as a result.
“It’s a great partnership for us, as the technology is disruptive, and FinalCode was clear that it needed technical and enablement services as well as lead generation for partners," he said.
“FinalCode fills a big gap in file security. Organisations are securing sensitive files within their own environments, but they often have no visibility or control over what happens when these files are ‘out in the wild'."
The distributor has also signed SBOX, a provider of automated deployment and management for big data platforms.
As part of the partnership, DNA will expand the reach of SBOX solutions throughout A/NZ.
“SBOX provides a great opportunity for our Partners to add even more value to customers who are struggling to provide adequate IT resources and infrastructure to cope with huge volumes of data,” Khan added.
In claiming big data as a core strategic asset for modern business, SBOX chief executive, Tony Ayaz, said there is a strong opportunity with DNA Connect to grow the vendor’s operations across A/NZ.
“Highly strategic IT assets require dedicated turn-key solutions, especially when it comes to enabling the full capabilities of big data platforms," he added.
