Data services company, SkyFii (ASX: SKF), has converted two of its pilot clients to billing customers.
Following the completion of a successful four-week trial, SkyFii has agreed commercial terms and commenced billing for the provision of its Guest Wi-Fi and analytics services to the Barangaroo South Precinct in Sydney.
SkyFii said, in an ASX statement, it is confident that as other precincts are completed within the Barangaroo development, SkyFii will extend its Guest Wi-Fi and analytics services to those additional precincts.
In addition, SkyFii has agreed commercial terms and commenced billing to provide its Guest Wi-Fi and analytics services to the Top Ryde City Shopping Centre in Sydney, which is operated by the Blackstone Group, following the successful completion of a four-week pilot trial of its services in the centre.
The company has also inked a new pilot win with Lorna Jane. As per the agreement, SkyFii will provide guest Wi-Fi, data analytics services, and access to marketing tools to the activewear retail company on a twenty-week trial.
It will take place in six retail stores in Queensland, with the potential for a national roll-out across Australia if the trial progresses to a full services contract.
The company also mentioned that it has advanced negotiations in progress with a “new significant contract”. This pilot deployment is with a global sports goods retailer. SkyFii said it will provide further information about this agreement in due course.
SkyFii CEO, Wayne Arthur, said these deals demonstrate revenue momentum for the company and solidifies its position within the A/NZ region.
“With a high success rate of converting pilot trials into commercial contracts, we expect to continue our strong sales momentum. In addition, we are excited about the international opportunities on the horizon and entering into new and exciting verticals,” he said.
