WorkForce Software launches partner certification program
Cloud-based enterprise workforce management solutions provider, WorkForce Software, has launched a global partner certification program.
The program enables WorkForce Software partners with knowledge of the company’s EmpCenter workforce management suite, along with its configuration and deployment best practices, to ensure organisations implement the solution successfully.
The program offers two distinct levels of certification: WorkForce Software Certified Associates and the more advanced WorkForce Software Certified Professionals.
Centred around educational tools and rigorous testing, the WorkForce Software Certified Associate tier includes key EmpCenter concepts. The second tier, WorkForce Software Certified Professional, goes a step further with the mastery of those concepts.
WorkForce Software vice-president of global growth and alliances, Travis Burke, said the program helps systems integrators and other partners quickly expand their EmpCenter practice, and produce expertise.
“With more and more organisations turning to EmpCenter to manage employee time, schedules, and leave administration, there is increased demand for ready access to solution experts from the broader community,” he claimed.
WorkForce Software director of education services, Cindy Hazen, added that the company will be increasing its commitment to equip partners with all of the tools they need to help clients automate, measure and improve their workforce activities.
“These Associate and Professional certifications are the best means for partners to increase their body of EmpCenter knowledge and, ultimately, to deliver greater value on more client projects than ever before,” she mentioned.
