Inabox signs DGIT Telflow to upgrade its provisioning system
Australian ICT provider, Inabox Group, has announced plans to upgrade its provisioning platform to service delivery platform, DGIT Telflow, in an attempt to further improve retail service providers’ speed to market. It has already launched the first phase of its enterprise system transformation.
Inabox has inked an agreement with DGIT System’s Telflow to upgrade its backend provisioning system to an easily configurable service delivery platform designed for new generation communications and Cloud services.
The Telflow platform will enable new broadband, mobile, Cloud and VoIP products to be brought to market within weeks as well as streamline the provisioning process.
According to Inabox CIO, Laura Jacob, the company embarked on this partnership as it intends to improve its speed to market, which she claimed “is essential in this age of immediacy”.
“We required a system that supports our strategy to be a fast and reliable partner for our customers. Making it easy to do business with us is crucial and is a key differentiator that we are investing in,” she said.
“Inabox has always maintained a quick turnaround to market, which is highly attractive to their large enablement customers, and a testament to its internal efficiencies,” DGIT Systems chairman and chief technology officer, Greg Tilton, said.
Following the first phase rollout and testing, the second phase will include additional automated functionalities to further improve efficiencies.
