Panasonic creates security partner program

Security integrators will be able to participate in partner advisory councils sharing issues and ideas

Panasonic Australia has rolled out a new partner program aimed at security systems integrators.

The Panasonic Security Partner Program features sales and technical support and training; lead generation; deal registration; access to a partner portal, special pricing and demo equipment as well as advertising, marketing and promotional resources.

Panasonic Australia security product marketing manager, Adrian Aliberti, said security integrators were key to its market strategy and business success.

“As technologies advance, it’s important they are fully equipped to offer the right advice and product options to customers. To enable this, our new security partner program aims to provide them with the necessary support,” Aliberti said.

The program involves three tiers - Bronze, Silver and Gold. Partners can progress through each level by completing the required training and achieving sales targets.

Panasonic will also offer partner-only events, such as advisory councils, giving them the opportunity to participate in sessions discussing areas such as roadblocks to partner success, training requirements, new product development, technical issues and share ideas.

“This initiative will provide important sales and technical support, which will help us enhance the service we deliver to our customers,” Base 10 owner, Jeff Klemm, said.

Panasonic security products are available through distributor Hills Industries.
