A new partnership agreement with Australian-based managed service provider, Computergate Australia, will offer Datamax-O’Neil clients the ability to extend existing warranties.
"After a thorough assessment of our warranty and managed service programs, Datamax-O’Neil chose Computergate as an Authorised Service Centre and its superior service in the SME and SMB market throughout Australia for on-site support," Computergate CEO, Mario Greco, said.
"By offering our managed maintenance programs we expect to quickly see a significant reduction in the amount of time our staff spend addressing potential problems and in turn this will provide our customers with a seamless experience."
Datamax-O’Neil Australian country manager, Vino Rodrigues, said, "I am excited that Computergate has joined Datamax-O’Neil’s strategic service program under this new agreement, I see immense potential in this collaboration along with our distribution partner Altech."
He pointed to Computergate’s extended warranty service and its managed service programs as complementing the needs of Datamax-O’Neil in enhancing and refining its service offerings and delivering better customer experiences.
Datamax-O’Neil designs, manufactures and markets stationary and portable label and receipt printing solution products. These solutions enable manufacturing and supply markets to capture the benefits of automated product identification and automated legal and financial transactions.
