Express online chief executive, Danny Moore, has left the company.
Express Online chief executive, Danny Moore, and general manager, Gavin Troxler, have stepped down.
The departures follow the completed integration of Express Online with Dicker Data Limited, the Australian distributor which recently acquired the Express Data Holdings group of companies – including Express Online and Express Data.
Moore will step down from his role effective June 30.
Troxler will also step down from his role as general manager, product marketing, with Express Online.
Troxler has had a long business association with Moore, and was also an original director and shareholder of Simms.
Moore said he felt like "right now" was the perfect time to take a short break and enjoy some time with the family following the last 16 years in channel distribution.
“The integration into Dicker Data has been successfully completed ahead of schedule," he said.
"My intention – along with Gavin’s – was to help oversee this integration, then to step back from the operation going forward.
"The Dicker Data leadership team is very experienced, has great instinct, and has a clear strategy and view of the market, which is good news for customers, partners and vendors.

Moore’s career at local distributor Simms International began in 1998 as Finance Director, moving into the role of Managing Director in 2001.
Since then, Moore has overseen two major acquisitions and three integrations in the Australian technology distribution industry.
In 2006, Simms acquired KH Distribution, signalling the company’s move into the Apple distribution leadership space.
Then in 2011, Simms was acquired by the Express Data group, as Moore transitioned into a CEO role with Express Online.
