ASX-listed Vocus Group company secretary Ashe-lee Jegathesan has resigned to take on the role of chief operation officer at Uniti Group.
During her more than three years at Vocus, she was in charge of the legal, company secretariat, risk and regulatory functions for the company.
She joined Vocus through the acquisition of M2 Group in 2016.
She had previously worked for Melbourne IT, now Arq Group, in the same role for five years. Between 2001 and 2008 she was an executive director and general counsel at 3D Networks and Planet one Group. She has also held the role of legal counsel for enterprise solutions in Asia at Nortel Networks.
The Vocus board thanked Jegathesan for her significant contributions to the company since she stepped into the role.
Deputy general counsel Simon Lewin will take over the role of company secretary as of 25 September 2019.
