Lifecycle management provider Iasset.com has launched a simplified version of its platform, called ‘iasset.com Lite’ aimed at smaller value add resellers and services providers.
Lite gives resellers and services providers the ability to proactively optimise every net new and recurring revenue opportunity throughout their entire product life-cycle.
By having all of their assets and contracts tracked in one place, Iasset.com Lite ensures automated, easy management and quoting of net-new, renewal and expand/extend opportunities. From up-sell, cross-sell, tech refresh and trade-in schemes to maintenance renewals or consumption based revenue, Iasset.com Lite will help VARs extend customer lifetime value proactively, seamlessly and cost effectively, according to the company.
According to Iasset.com CEO, Scott Frew, VARs and SPs can lose up to 50 per cent of their recurring revenue due to inadequate systems and processes, or simply chasing smaller renewals manually is not economically viable. Lite will be available globally in 23 languages.
“Many smaller VARs and SPs also do not have the desire or expertise to deploy our full blown integrated platform,” Frew said.
“Iasset.com Lite is an easy way for entry level resellers to automate their entire product life-cycle business and alongside Solano cloud billing management, will take the pain out of their business and allow them to compete more effectively with their larger competitors.”
Iasset.com launched its cloud billing engine, Solano, last year in a bid to simplify internal processes for value-added resellers.
The automated offering converts consumption data into usable billing information ready for resellers, backed up by enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration.
By automatically combining monthly usage and pricing information for each end-user, Solano aims to accelerate the process “from days to minutes”.
Iasset.com currently manages more than US$20 billion worth of hardware assets, software contracts and cloud contracts annually.
