JCurve Solutions has acquired Spectrum Partner Group, a specialist Oracle NetSuite partner based in Singapore.
Spectrum Partner Group was established in 2013 and has a customer base spanning across Singapore, Australia, the UK and South East Asia.
“The acquisition of Spectrum furthers JCurve Solutions’ position as NetSuite’s largest solution partner globally by customer count," JCurve CEO Stephen Canning said. "Diversification through geographical expansion has been a key strategic priority for JCS.
"The Spectrum acquisition increases our customer count, revenue and profitability, and provides a launch pad for the further expansion of our business operations in the growing Asian market both organically and through future acquisitions."
Publicly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, JCurve expects the acquisition to be completed on 13 December.
"JCurve Solutions will be the only Singapore-based NetSuite 5-Star Partner," said Canning. "Coupled with our proven, rapid implementation methodologies which see new clients up and running faster, we are creating a compelling offering within the Asian market."
Spectrum founder and director Arthur Fernandez will remain in the company and will be appointed general manager of JCurve Asian operations.
