Australia Infrastructure-a-as-Service (IaaS) provider, OrionVM, has partnered with NEXTDC to expand the reach of its hyper-converged IaaS platform through NEXTDC's national Datacentre network.
The platform is currently used by state and federal government departments such as the NSW Department of Industry as well as large-scale telcos.
According to OrionVM chief operating officer, Matt Ding, the company is currently navigating a period of high growth and wants to double the size of the business in 2017.
“NEXTDC’s national footprint gives us coverage diversity and helps us drive our business into markets we didn’t cover previously. On top of that, NEXTDC’s premium services are set at a cost which allows us to maintain our position of best price and performance in the market,” he said.
NEXTDC group executive sales and marketing, Adam Scully, described OrionVM’s enterprise-grade Cloud platform as a direct reflection of the kind of service innovation that NEXTDC is committed to supporting.
