Cloud networking company, Aerohive, has launched its Connected Experience platform, built on the company’s Cloud networking architecture.
Aerohive said the platform is targeted at enterprises and the platform enables businesses to unlock the future potential of WiFi. It also features support for Application Programming Interfaces (API) and a developer program.
The launch of the Connected Experience platform includes the new release of HiveManager NG, Aerohive’s enterprise-class network management application that is available for Cloud and on-premises deployments.
The release allows integrated solutions for Guest Access and Personal Device Access, designed to improve enterprise IT departments ability to scale and resolve bring your own device (BYOD) challenges by enabling guests and employees to securely onboard their devices themselves.
Aerohive networks senior vice president and chief marketing officer, David Greene, claimed the intersection of mobility and Cloud networking gives every organisation the chance to transform how they serve their customers.
