Cloud-based talent management software company, Acendre, has appointed Sudeep Dharan as chief technology officer.
Dharan will be responsible for architecting and implementing the company’s technology vision, strategy and associated product roadmap.
Acendre said in a statement that Dharan had 25 years experience that included working with a broad range of companies from Fortune 500 business to startups, would be instrumental to the company’s growth.
Prior to joining Acendre, Dharan was senior vice-president of product development at Razorsight. In this role, he made changes to the company’s technology landscape, including reconstructing development methodologies, implementing new tools and redefining resources for Razorsight's product lines.
He also introduced new development tools and metrics aiming to improve quality and deployment time to customers.
Prior to Razorsight, Dharan was vice-president of engineering, support and IT at Netuitive Inc., where he led efforts in product development, quality assurance, support and IT organisations, with a focus on delivering enterprise quality products.
“Acendre is developing some of the strongest and most innovative solutions in its history and I look forward to stepping in and leading as the company’s CTO,” Dharan said.
