ASX-listed call recording and audio asset management vendor, Dubber (ASX:DUB), has released its Dubber Lab stemming from its Broadsoft accreditation in May.
Dubber Lab enables telecommunications and service providers to quickly connect to the Dubber platform to conduct testing and migrate into a production environment without traditional technical requirements.
“For a telco, connecting call recording across their network invariably involves significant capital expenditure for hardware licenses, productisation and commitment to support infrastructure,” Dubber CEO, Steve McGovern, said.
“With Dubber, a telco can now connect call recording onto its network within hours at no cost. The transformation to a production environment can, similarly, take place instantly via a commercial agreement with Dubber.”
McGovern said it has already received interest from international telcos to connect to the Dubber Lab and anticipates this release will assist in rolling out Dubber to the more than 500 Broadsoft platform partners globally.
