Rally Software promotes Nat Tanner to A/NZ regional vice-president
Software and services company, Rally Software, has named Nat Tanner as the company’s newest A/NZ regional vice-president. Tanner was promoted to the position from her A/NZ head of services role, which she held on to for about a year.
She replaces Anthony Farr, who has left the organisation.
Tanner will be responsible for further developing and managing the company’s presence in the region, including customer account management, revenue performance and overall services and go-to-market strategy.
She will also be helping organisations understand the tangible business benefits of adopting agility across the business.
Rally Software chief revenue officer, Angela Tucci, said Tanner was hired to the role as the company’s witnessing a growing demand from large enterprise companies for solutions to improve agility.
“[Tanner] is an established leader with a proven track record of successfully working with customers to realise the benefits of agility. Under her leadership, we’ll continue to capitalise on the momentum within the market to exponentially grow sales,” she claimed.
Tanner has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry and originally joined Rally Software three years ago as a major account manager before progressing to her appointment as A/NZ head of services.
Prior to that, she served several years at Telstra in sales management roles and also spent five years at ThoughtWorks in client relations management and business development.
Tanner will be based in the company’s Melbourne office.
Rally Software also announced, in a statement, that presence in Australia has doubled in the last year, and will continue to grow as the company continues to serve an increasing number of enterprises.
To complement that growth, the company is currently hiring for a number of sales positions within Australia.
