Australian AntiVirus vendor, SecuraLive, has formalised its partnership with global software developer, MSecure Data Labs, to launch their jointly developed AV products in new markets.
The company unveiled a completely redeveloped AV engine plus a suite of new products after an overhaul by India-based MSecure Data Labs.
The company is launching in new markets including Asia, Europe and South America.
MSecure director, Jai Raj, said SecuraLive was strengthened by his company’s global reach.
“Although we’re headquartered in India, MSecure has software teams all over the world, including California, Europe, Israel, Russia, Romania, New Zealand and India, which is how we’ve made SecuraLive such a robust, globally relevant product,” he said.
SecuraLive chief executive, Raaj Menon, said MSecure had redeveloped SecuraLive on an exclusive basis.
“They do back-end software development and we do front-end marketing,” he said.
SecuraLive anti-virus products provide protection from viruses, trojans, spyware, rootkits, and other threats.
Last month’s re-launch delivers a new antivirus scanning engine, Internet security for Mac and features including bandwidth management, Cloud-powered scanning and application control.
SecuraLive is owned by Australian company PCRange.
Menon said SecuraLive was achieving phenomenal success internationally, with many customers choosing to re-brand or co-brand SecuraLive products.
“We’re signing deals worth hundreds of thousands of dollars a year to white label SecuraLive,” he said.
“SecuraLive is succeeding internationally because our products represent excellent value for money, both for our licensees and for their customers. By announcing our partnership with MSecure, we expect to enhance the international credibility and visibility of SecuraLive, which we’ll launch in new markets including Asia, Europe and South America.”
