UXC Keystone has become the first ServiceNow Master Solutions Partner in Asia Pacific
The enterprise service management solutions provider, has earned the Master Solutions Partner level because of its continued investment in staff training and certification.
It is the highest level in partner program.
ServiceNow head of service provider and integrators in Asia-Pacific and Japan, Charles Woodall, said having a master partner in APJ was a significant milestone in region.
"This achievement acknowledges the reciprocal investment and ongoing commitment between ServiceNow and it’s partners," he said.
"The future success of all partners is based on their ability to widen the ServiceNow footprint across all areas of the business.”
UXC Keystone chief exectutive, Dion Williams, said the new partner level was the result of UXC Keystone having been a focused partner of ServiceNow since 2007.
"The business is built around the ServiceNow technology, so this important milestone acknowledges UXC Keystone’s depth of capability and commitment to ServiceNow in the local market," he said.
"UXC Keystone is one of very few organisations globally to have achieved Master Solutions Partner status with ServiceNow.”
UXC Keystone will focus on developing custom applications on the ServiceNow platform, and on helping customers to leverage the new functionality of the latest release of ServiceNow, according to a company statement.
