IT consultant and NetSuite solution provider, CloudNex has implemented a NetSuite configuration for local fashion designer and retailer, Briggins.
CloudNex is also a SuiteCloud developer network partner.
Briggins was previously using MYOB to run their business and implemented the JCurve small business edition of NetSuite, which unfortunately was implemented by an IT consultant, who wasn’t a NetSuite solution provider, so the configuration wasn’t right.
Briggins, which provide custom suits for men, turned to CloudNex who conducted an audit of their business, defined the business processes and re-configured JCurve accordingly. The retailer also identified business processes which could be changed and modified to achieve more effective and efficient work flows within their business.
“As frustrated as we were with the initial setup of the system, we are now delighted with what we’ve got from the team at CloudNex,” Briggins director, Matthew Higgins, said.
