IT decision makers have granted UC solutions provider, ShoreTel, the highest rating for IP telephony products in the Nemertes Research annual Pilot House awards, 2011.
The award signals ShoreTel’s eighth consecutive win.
The ratings are distributed based on the views and experience of over 2000 IP telephony system users, where customers rated their providers on a scale of one to five in technology, customer service, and value.
ShoreTel scored four across the board, finishing with a rating of 4.32 above the other 21 competitors.
Nemertes vice-president and service director, Irwin Lazar, said, “ShoreTel obviously is doing something right; no vendor ever has consistently won the same category multiple years as ShoreTel has in IP telephony.”
Nemertes is an independent research firm based in the US.
